Resources: Tools, Templates, and Methods

First-party decision tools, downloadable evidence templates, and a modernized methods library for process, procurement, pilot, and Scale Gate work.

Intelligence724 provides transparent, first-party tools and templates that help a buyer structure workflow evidence, compare AI and non-AI interventions, calculate full operating cost, and identify readiness gaps before a proposal or pilot.

A methods library built around decisions

Info724’s historical implementation method named practical artifacts such as current- and future-state maps, business cases, RFPs, scorecards, architecture models, implementation and risk plans, testing strategies, pilot plans, acceptance evidence, training, budget tracking, and operational handoff. Intelligence724 modernizes that spine for machine-intelligence work without claiming that the old artifacts themselves prove a modern AI outcome.

Historical method lineage — modernized and quality-reviewed for current use; not a client result.

KIT 01

Workflow Evidence Kit

Current state, future state, requirements, metrics, exception taxonomy, evidence quality, human review, and automation suitability.

KIT 02

Business Case and Portfolio Kit

Solution scenarios, feasibility, value ranges, scope, no-AI comparator, cost per successful outcome, confidence, and stop gates.

KIT 03

Vendor and Architecture Kit

RFP structure, scorecard, references, architecture, model portability, data rights, evaluation sets, security, incident terms, and exit tests.

KIT 04

Pilot and Evaluation Kit

Test strategy, pilot charter, acceptance, adversarial cases, monitoring, human fallback, rollback, and release evidence.

KIT 05

Implementation and Control Kit

Risk, roles, change, training, budget, AI inventory, control ownership, drift, incidents, reevaluation, handoff, and decommissioning.

How to use these resources

  1. Start with a named workflow. A generic interest in AI does not establish a decision boundary.
  2. Record evidence class and confidence. Keep verified fact, inference, unknown, and client-retained decision separate.
  3. Test the simplest viable alternative. Compare redesign, rules, integration, search, analytics, retrieval, AI assistance, and defer or stop.
  4. Freeze acceptance and stop criteria before build. Do not change the definition of success after results are known.
  5. Keep authority with accountable people. Tools structure evidence; they do not replace legal, risk, data, security, business, or production decisions.

Decision workbench

Use a bounded tool before requesting a proposal.

These first-party planning aids expose their assumptions. They do not produce a client finding, legal conclusion, readiness certification, market benchmark, or guaranteed recommendation.

Planning tool 01

Workflow Suitability Screener

Create a transparent starting hypothesis about whether the work calls for redesign, rules, integration, governed knowledge, bounded AI, more evidence, or stop.

Planning tool 02

Cost per Successful Outcome Calculator

Model the full operating cost instead of comparing only license, token, or infrastructure charges.

Reusable method artifacts

Download the working structure, then replace the illustrative fields with governed evidence.

These files are original Intelligence724 planning templates derived from the public process-first method and documented Info724 implementation-artifact lineage. They contain no client data.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Are the calculators a substitute for a diagnostic?

No. They expose a planning formula or decision hypothesis. A diagnostic validates the process boundary, evidence, ownership, economics, risks, and alternatives.

Can these templates be used with another provider?

Yes. The public templates are intended to help buyers structure evidence and questions independently. Client-specific deliverables and pre-existing methods remain governed by their applicable agreement.

Do the tools recommend AI?

No. They may point toward process redesign, rules, integration, governed retrieval, bounded AI assistance, deferment, or stop depending on the supplied factors.
